Reinstalling the COME App

When Reinstalling Makes Sense

• Android says the new file "conflicts with an existing package".
• The app crashes on opening even after clearing its cache and updating.
• You installed a COME file from somewhere other than this site.

When It Isn't Needed

• The app opens and works.
• An update over the current app would do.

Before You Uninstall

Open COME in the browser and confirm you can sign in. That way you're never locked out while you reinstall.

Reinstall Steps

1. Settings → Apps → COME → Uninstall.
2. Delete every COME APK from Downloads.
3. Tap Download COME APK for a fresh file.
4. Open it, allow installation if asked, and install.
5. Open COME and sign in with your usual method.

After Reinstalling

Check My Matches. If something you expected isn't there, make sure you signed in the way you normally do. COME's own screens are the reference for your account.
